Hotel murah di Le Chêne

"L’appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes peut être acceptable pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit , dans le salon, n’est séparé de la cage d’escalier des communs que par une porte toute simple avec un énorme jour en dessous qui laisse passer l’air froid ( et la porte d’entrée en bas de l’escalier ne ferme pas du tout. Il faisait -5 degrés dehors) et le bruit de passage. La nuit où nous avons « dormi »là, les personnes qui louaient l’appartement au dessus sont rentrées au milieu de la nuit et ont fait...

"This hotel is ideally situated for a stop over in Troyes- just a short walk into the mediaeval centre and its wealth of restaurants, yet quite easy to access from the motorway and the parking though in a public avenue is right in front of the hotel well lit and feels secure- it is also free between 7pm and 9am-we arrived a little before that but the charge was only 1 euro 50. "We arrived late in the evening and required parking, all sorted very quickly. Staff great, hotel was a lovely quirky old building in a beautiful part of the town centre. Beds very comfortable. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Breakfast simple but great, just what we needed before a long drive."

"Pas d’eau chaude le matin, 30 euros de parking par nuit, 2 petits lits doubles mis côte à côte et vendus comme « très grand lit double ». Petit déjeuner peu intéressant, baguettes surgelées réchauffées au four, nourriture industrielles pour 35 par personnes. "

"The room was cold. Even setting the heater to full fan and 30C didn't help much, and the fan was too loud to leave on overnight anyway. The shower didn't drain properly and the sink plug leaked. Orherwise, the bed was comfortable and the breakast was fine. Decent location just off the autoroute with a number of restaurants nearby."
