"Great breakfast, helpful staff. Room in very good condition. It's in an industrial area, a 20min walk to the next bus stop, but we still made it well to the historical center and back. By car, no problem. Good parking and convenient to explore the area around Torino."

"This property is very central and well located for the metro into the heart of the city. Everything was very good except for a superior room, there should have been a walk in shower. Showers over baths are now out of date so from this aspect, the hotel needs to review this. Maybe for standard rooms this is acceptable, but for a superior room that costs more, it should be a priority. Evening meals were good but breakfast needs to be reviewed. There was no toaster and no fresh bread...

"The rooms are cleaned every day but the rooms are not well maintained, the shower cabin has a lot of mold and dampness. The air-conditioned filter was full of dust as not cleaned in years. The mini fridge in the rooms was more like a cooler . Staff is not always welcoming and they have a weird policy that every time you leave the building the key of the room must be dropped at the reception which i find very odd. The bed was definitely not comfortable. Breakfast is very poor but it was the only...

"The staff were amazing, a complementary breakfast, room was clean and charming - great value and easy tram access to Torino’s many attractions. Beautiful city, a warm welcome at reception and fabulous, affordable accommodation at Hotel Universo."

"Everything about them is good 👍"

"Thehost is not responsive. We had different issues (with wifi, with energy blackout). Hots's answers were late and not accurate. Some elements are missing from the instructions. The kitchen is small. Pans are REALLY old. Missing utensils for cooking."

"My wife and I were very pleased with our October 2026 stay at the Hotel Liberty. We were very warmly welcomed and given a lovely room that although compact had everything we needed: an excellent bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The hotel is centrally located, with easy walking distance from the main Turin train station. A wide variety of restaurants are nearby, too. The room was very quiet. We greatly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which offered a wonderful selection of delicious food and freshly...

"Very unique property we loved how they incorporated the hotel into the historic building, the location is great for taking public transportation into the city as well as a shopping mall with many restaurants and a laundry business. The breakfast I thought was not a good value. Rooms were large with large bathrooms and high ceilings, overall we would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area of Turin."

"Was my first time staying there. I really enjoyed it and the location was great"

"BUEN LUGAR PARA TENER UNOS DIAS TRANQUILOS Y UN MUY BUEN ESPACIO DE HABITACION"

"Nice enough hotel, a bit remote ie if you are walking at night there are unlight areas "

"A beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Very tasteful deco with a wonderful and helpful reception. Highly recommended."

"Spacious room, good AC, very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet"
