The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted us with the food in the dining area, directions and favourite tourist attractions. They were also always willing to help whenever we approached them.

Tout était parfait du commencement jusqu’à la fin. La localisation est optimale pour prendre part à une superbe soirée au Carré des Docks par exemple. En amont les prestations de l’hôtel sont très satisfaisantes, les espaces de convivialité sont décorés, et avec humour, et avec soin. Les services proposés tels que collation d’accueil, le distributeur de boissons chaudes à volonté ou le shop sur le pouce… témoignent d’autant d’attentions pour la clientèle. La chambre quant à elle est soignée, confortable en tout point et savamment équipée. Les alentours proposent des solutions de street food. Ils semblent sécures. Les moyens de transport ne sont pas à proximité immédiate, certes. Ce sera alors l’occasion d’une brève marche salvatrice. Rien de mieux pour un cœur en santé et renouer avec la flânerie le long de bassins aquatiques. Je recommande!

Établissement de bonne qualité

Établissement de très bonne qualité. Super accueil. Petite inquiétude : si jamais la carte d'accès se démagnetise, on peut se retrouver à la rue, la réception ferme à partir de 18h. Il est un peu loin du tram.

Die unterkunft für die erkundungen nach honfleur und etretat perfekt. In der unterkunft selbst, war die Toiletten Spülung kaputt, tür in der dusche ging nicht richtig zu, deswegen stand Badezimmer nach dem duschen unterwasser. Nachts starker dieselmotorgeruch drang in das zimmer ein, da waren wir gezwungen festern nachts zu schließen.

Die Apartments sind sehr klein und es ist keine klimaanlage vorhanden. Fenster öffnen war unangenehm, da die möwen sehr laut waren und tellweise fast rein geflogen kamen. Die dusche sah dreckig aus weil die silikonfugen ziemlich angenutzt waren. Auch die duschtür bekam man nicht richtig zu. Alles in allem für 1 oder 2 nächte okay, mehr aber nicht. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.
