"We booked this hotel because of advertised 6 outdoor pools. There are no pools on site. You have to walk to a water park to use their covered pools. It was very crowded and chaotic. Shower in room leaked EVERYWHERE. Hair dryer was making weird noises when tried to use it. Will not be staying in this hotel again."

"We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool)
The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY.
The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop.
Terrible experience."

"I am torn on this. We paid a premium to stay here in a duplex suit. Firstly the staff were amazing and would do anything they could to help you. They made the stay to be fair. Now to the room, very nice but the carpet was quite marked, loved the upstairs with the second TV which meant we could watch different programmes as there was a TV downstairs. The room is functional and clean, I didn't understand the coffee machine and kettle plugged into a cupboard though!!!

"Good location- short walk to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Airconditioning unit in our room couldn’t keep up with the outside heat. Breakfast was reasonable at 16 euros. The male front desk person was not welcoming; he was cold and formal."
