"We booked 2 rooms and 1 room did not have any soap in either dispenser. Arriving later at night we needed rooms to be fit for purpose "

"The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kindly helped me by carrying my luggage since my room was on the second floor. Room was cleaned nicely. The location is nearby a free shuttle stop and bus to central area. They don’t have on site reception but I could see some staffs doing their work and they helped me to checkout with causing no extra hassle. The atmosphere was warm and cozy."
