"The rooms are very basic, but that’s not unusual considering the location. The shower will not accommodate a large person. It is very quiet at night as most visitors leave the area. Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been improved upon. A guest with mobility issues might find navigating the property a challenge. Since it is a unique experience to stay in Mont Saint-Michel, however, we found it to be worthwhile and enjoyable to stay at La Confiance."

"The Mercure is a great property in a wonderful location. It’s located in a gated village type area. Walk to restaurants, galleries and the shuttle to Mont Saint Michel is across the street. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff terrific. One item to note, no elevator. Highly recommend for your visit to the Abbey!"

"Great location - excellent view of and access to Mont St Michel"

"Rooms are small and hot. Fan did help but still quite warm to sleep."

"Staying just next to such a historic place was special in itself, for the location alone, it’s a 10/10 for me. Of course, this is not a luxury hotel from a large international chain, but for one night it was absolutely fine, comfortable enough, and exactly what I needed. The only real downside was finding something to eat late in the evening. Around 10:00 p.m., the kitchens in the area were already closed, and even with several hotels and bars nearby, there was nowhere to order food. Overall,...

"We loved our stay at La Jacotière! The location is perfect, a quick walk to the Mont-Saint-Michel parking area and restaurants, with a beautiful view of the abbey across the fields. We especially enjoyed taking our breakfast picnic out back and soaking in the view. A peaceful, charming place to stay, and we would happily return."

"Nice property where you are taken care of by the owners making our stay great. They gave us tips about the Saint Michel and Saint Malo experiences. Breakfast was also great."

"Fast check in, very through information about the hotel, friendly receptionist. The room is clean and doesn't smell."

"The place was amazing, we felt just like we were at home and oh wow was the food incredible."
