Finding the reception was not intuitive but restaurant adjacent to hotel pointed us in the right direction. Reception staff friendly & efficient. "The place is good. And there is a shuttle to the abbey. But don't forget to get your access code. If you come late by car you won't be able to get in without a code. I got someone on the phone after 5 tries, but you shouldn't take that risk."
