Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "We were so pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade to an amazing suite! "Stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Sea View Suite, nice staff despite my basic French, they gave me a welcome gift of bottled waters and Chocolate! Clean rooms, provided me with towels for the beach as well, Wifi is very strong you can get signal at the beach, reasonable prices, lovely view of the Meditteranean and the promenade from the balcony. "Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to explore Nice by foot. Very close to Durandy Tram stop and 15 mins walk to Nice Ville railway station.
Room was lovely, v clean with Nuxe toiletries and well equipped with hairdryer, iron, coffee machine, safe, drinking water and fridge. Air con worked great. Comfy beds. Really could ask for much more."

"Check in was good. We had a generous sized room looking out onto the bay with a balcony but it came at a hefty price. The carpet was stained and the bathroom floor dirty in the corners. Items were replaced haphazzardly. No mugs in the room despite a kettle and we had to ask for these. Breakfast was adequate but slightly mean spirited, evidenced by tiny juice glasses and bowls for other items. Bar service was friendly and welcoming with, surprisingly, generous portions for the bar food."

"J’ai apprécié d’être en studio avec cuisinette au lieu d’un hôtel traditionnel. Près de la Promenade des Anglais. Cependant, un peu loin du coeur de Nice pour les terrasses le soir si on voulait s'y rendre après notre journée de visites.
On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit pour se reposer. Aussi, la proximité du tramway."
