"Front desk staff ruined the experience. They made us wait close to two hours more AFTER check-in time because the room wasn’t ready yet. No apologies, no remorse, not a care in the world, really. I think it’s a normal occurence for them.
Bar is closed by the way. Don’t even bother asking."

"Within walking distance for the free airport shuttle. Had a nice outdoor area and space to walk, relax, or workout.
The staff were welcoming upon arrival and we were offered welcome drink options for our party.
Lobby was spacious: business area, kids play area, and PLENTY of seating for their restaurant and grab and go items.
Free water options in the lobby and patio area was nice and well lit. Felt safe and comfortable.
Room was spacious and air conditioned."

"The design of the property was nice and our stay was good overall. While the bed and bathroom were perfectly clean, the floors had not been washed in a while and turned the shower rug black.
