"The staff were unhelpful and did not implement any of the VIP access I actually booked the hotel for. We could not use the spa or sauna and after a long week of working hard, this was a real blow. We were told to book a week in advance. The restaurant was like getting into a Hollywood night-club(a bad one) Just when we thought Paris had changed, this place stepped up and ruined our fantasy. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff. Tons of attitude. No late check out either. Top price for substandard...
