Hotel is really small but nice and comfortable, but if you want to be close to places to visit for example museums or Eiffel tour this is not the one. We were very far away from places we want to visit. The nearby from hotel in my opinion does not look safe.

Cute hotel. The location was a bit strange and not the best for entrance after dark. The alley you have to enter through is a little sketchy at night. The front desk staff is nice, especially the gentleman who checked us in. There are drinks available and water refill stations. Rooms are small and the bathroom setup is odd with the shower open to the rest of the room. Awkward if you’re traveling with kids or someone other than your partner.

Het ontbijt is heerlijk met een ruime keuze. De kwaliteit van bed en hoofdkussens is prima en heel proper. Mooie kamer waar alles perfect werkt en de kamer is bovendien heel stil. Er werden gratis tapas aangeboden evenals snacks. De bereikbaarheid is top met heel veel metro en RER lijnen vlakbij. Een echte aanrader!

Very good hotel in a great location- right next to the side entrance of gare du l’est train station. Staff was wonderful , remembered me personally, and breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that it is hard to find if you are coming from gare du Nord, but Google Maps can help out with that.

Love the location: very short walk from Eurostar and access to all Paris with nearby buses and metro. Hotel has a great club lounge with nibbles and coffee all day and at 6-30 free food is served with fair-priced drinks. Breakfast is a superbly varied offer of very high quality. We even saw the Orient Express from our room...but no noise at all from the station. Modern room with great bed and shower. Friendly staff. Tiny tiny issue was that the business centre printer was not working on all 4 days. Have already booked form our 3rd and 4th visits for later this year. Fair price for the high quality.

Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht in der allerbesten Gegend von Paris, jedoch in welcher Großstadt ist das schon so. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit Metro und Rer zum Flughafen, war top. Einige Metros gleich um die Ecke um zu allen möglichen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Essen gibt es ganztags und nicht wie in vielen Restaurants in Paris, erst ab 18/19/19:30 Uhr! Auch das Essen selbst war Top! Frühstück hatte alles was man sich wünschen kann. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht englisch und französisch. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche war außerdem eine Leinenmischung, absolut gemütlich. Alles in allem haben wir uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl und vorallem sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Preise beim Essen waren auch voll okay und nicht überteuert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!

Super Unterkunft, Wasser und nicht alkoholische Getränke sowie Knabbereien gratis. Sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft inkl Bügelzimmer, Sauna und Fitnessraum. Die Zimmer klimatisiert und teilweise mit Blick auf die Züge, aber tiptop schallisoliert. Toll war auch das begrünte Dach, das als öffentlicher Platz dient, mit schattigen Bäumen, Bänken und Spielplatz für Kinder. Das Personal war jederzeit herzlich und sehr kompetent. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Their club area provides cold filtered water, and snacks. Our train leave in the evening and there is a heat wave in Paris. Beside storing our luggages for free, they let us stay in the club area until we depart.

Luggage storage. Unlike in North America. The hotel can only offer luggage store for the same day pick up. If you need to store your luggage more than one day. You need to find another alternative.
