"Wir hatten dieses Hotel über Expedia gebucht und die Buchung wurde vom Hotel bestätigt. Nach einer langen Anreise kamen wir abends am Hotel an und wollten einchecken. Dort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser bestätigtes Zimmer inzwischen anderweitig vergeben worden sei – an eine UN-Delegation, die offenbar kurzfristig ein Zimmer benötigt hatte.
Auf Nachfrage wurde uns sinngemäß bestätigt, dass diese Gäste wichtiger seien als wir und wir deshalb in ein anderes Hotel verlegt würden. Das war für uns...

"The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. "I loved everything about this hotel. The strategic location next to bus and tram stop, the hotel set up and cleanliness. There are have indoor games and activities to keep you entertained and a river and forest behind the hotel for a small walk. But above all the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anytime. I will stay here on my next trip to Geneva. "
