"Hampton Inn downtown on Union Street is located in good spot. It is very clean and well lit, The breakfast was good, however, I am bacon lover and my entire the only breakfast meat was variety of sausage. Where was the bacon or ham ?????????? Need better airport shuttle transportation, I had to uber to ROC airport for a 7:30 a.m. flight. Cost me money and you advertise free transportation (Shuttle Service) False advertising."

"Great location as we were visiting Letchworth state park. Warsaw has little shops to explore and the area is very scenic. Breakfast included pre packed omelets, pancakes, hard boiled eggs, a waffle maker, bagels, toast, English muffins, cereals, yogurt and juices plus coffee/tea options. You heat up what you choose in a microwave. It was a very sufficient breakfast! Beds were comfortable."

"We've stayed at this location multiple times. It works for parents with kids visiting museums and events in downtown Rochester. It's only 15 from downtown. The positives include affordable, reasonably clean, an included decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The mediocre is that the rooms lack places to hang clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the walkways in the room are tight, the bathroom fixtures are warn and sometimes take fiddling to make work properly, the dining room is best early in the morning because it gets very full as the morning goes later, and the pool can be overly crowded depending on time of day. It's not posh, but it's good value for the money and we've never had problems with noise or unresponsive staff."
