"The hotel itself is a great location, charming, well kept. Room darling decor, spacious, charming and clean. Hotel oozed Parisian charm. The view of cathedral fantastic but roadside very noisy and room stuffy, AC did not work well. Parking a disaster, consumed the entire experience. The reviews on hotel are accurate except the parking. It’s a parking garage, 1/2 mile over bridge from hotel and you must have a mini car to fit in garage. "The hotel was great! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. We brought our small dog, and the staff had prepared bowls,, and a sleeping mat for him. It helped that we called in advance. The hotel was a very close walking distance to the downtown area. Parking was convenient. Overall, a great place to stay."

"Nice studio apartment with balcony. Self catering but restaurant available if needed. Odalys difficult to find as no signs on roads. Nice quiet complex. Parking good and safe. We booked in advance so space reserved underneath building. Metz lovely with cathedral and Pompidou Centre. Good free city transport on electric bus."

"chambre très poussiéreuse , pas de chauffage a l'arrivé 15° impossible de faire fonctionner le chauffage ,même l'hôtesse n'y ai pas arrivée, prise de courant du lit ne fonctionne que si l'on allume la lampe ? , du savon pour les mains dans la cabine de douche! téléviseur image décroche sans arrêt manque d'insonorisation on écoute tous les bruits prise de courant et rideau juste au dessus du radiateur bizarre !!! "
