"Staff here was outstanding! From doorman to wait staff. Lovely amenities, in-room fridge was stocked and the fresh lemon and lime for water in the room was a treat! Shower water was hot and plentiful, bar in lobby was well staffed and appointed (but 10 euro for a small bowl of ice cream?). There was a small coffee machine and an instant hot water kettle for tea in the room. Beds were comfortable, 2 types of pillow available. If you've been traveling and need some fresh laundry, they can take care of that for you for 20 euro/bag which was very welcomed. There was a hot water bottle available to warm your bed which I have never seen at a hotel before and I used because my feet are always cold! Loved that! Traveled with 2 other couples, was able to check in several hours early to one room and store everyone's luggage until the other rooms were open which was appreciated. Plenty of shops and food nearby and a quick walk to the DART train. Secure parking available and could accommodate our 9person van! Insulation was phenomenal! You couldn't hear your neighbors or anyone walking down the hall - ever! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Unfortunately there was a violent incident on 3 doors down one night from 3am to 4:30 thar included lots of loud screaming. I knkw that this incident, that is being investigated, was not the staffs fault but i cannot say thar i was happy with how they were handling it in the moment- not immediately calling autheoires or ambulence even though i was told " a guest has been attacked" and not desiring the help of my roommate, a doctor. It left us very confused and disturbed, not knowing if there was somebody attacking people in the hotel. I would think that refunding everyone who heard this incident for the night, or at least 50 percent, would have been a class move. We were offered a 15% refund on the one night- will see if that even gets applied. The town and trails near the hotel are lovely, a very nice location, but i cant say i would stay again. The breakfast was also grossly overpriced. "

"Five star hotel, great and attentive staff, food was very well prepared and delicious. Staff pays attention to details and want to help you have a great experience. I recommend adding the breakfast it was well worth the price! Would stay here again or at any other there other locations."

"If you are under 25 and don’t need much sleep stay here. If not go to another hotel! I’m not an early to bed person but the bed was literally shaking until 3 am under us from noise. Day staff are lovely but this is a party hotel and also had thin walls. Not only did we not sleep but we heard all the gossip from both neighbours. Restaurant got order wrong but in general staff nice. It’s a money machine business and perhaps this is for you but I do like my sleep!"

"The room we stayed in on the second floor was beautiful, spacious, quirky, and very pleasant to stay in overall. We loved the orange mini fridge, gold tiled shower, big bath tub & the corner chair. It was wonderful."
