"Nice little hotel on the edge of the heart of Leavenworth, perfect for avoiding the bustle of the main pedestrian area but close enough for a nice walk to get there. Friendly staff and clean room. We had a great view of a maple tree from our 2nd floor room (and not much else) but it kept the room shaded. I will mention that the hotel is lit up like a Christmas tree at night so you'll definitely want to close the curtains or risk waking up in the middle of the night thinking that it's already...

"Guy at check in acted like he was annoyed to have to answer basic questions (best direction for access to our room, what time was lobby open for coffee) and he only keyed our room keys for one day and we stayed two. Luckily we got back early and getting them reset was easy. The other two desk staff we interacted with were great and so was the breakfast staff. I venture to Las Vegas often and I feel that though tourism is a necessary way for income, I also feel its not carte blanch to charge the public radical prices just because you can. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. "This was my 3rd stay and we really enjoy our time as a family at the Enzian Inn. We watched a movie, swam in the pools, and roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet. Great place to take families."

"Overall the stay was good. However the house keeper left several items from the previous guests in different drawers. It clearly had not been swept there is a massive amount of hair under the bed. It felt a little dirty. We were provided three towels for a three night stay. One hand towel. There was a key left in the laundry room I think by accident, that's how I was able to get more towels. The patio screen door was off when we arrived so I could not have the patio door open without a screen....
