"An excellent choice for those wanting to have a central location for pretty much any direction. Easy access to the major highways but do yourself a favor, Route 39 and Nyes Road are your best friends to avoid the sometimes-severe congestion on the expressways. You'll also need to find a workaround if you're going anywhere but 22 West as the exit from the parking lot is that only option, unless you slip out through the dentist office next door. Onward.... Remember, this is an older hotel but...

"This hotel was very tired. It is in need of a make over. The pictures of the hotel are not an accurate description of what the hotel actually looks like. Some of the rooms had mold and smelled musty and things didn’t work properly. The staff was nice and friendly."

"Lost power couple hours after my check in. Over 90 degrees with no A/C. I have to moved to another hotel. I still paid for it."

"I checked into a room that did not have a working hvac unit and when I went down to the front desk to tell them this, I was told that "the little trick" they have probably won't work, so they had to move me to a different room. Only one elevator was working and the lobby was very warm. "AC hasn't worked since last Saturday" per the desk clerk. Now my husband & I have stayed at this property before and had no issues. This time was a disappointment."

"The room needs a little TLC the towel are old and hard . The water is the bathroom is terrible it takes forever for the soap to wash off. This hotel accepts pets and the bark all night long ."

"The property was very well kept. All our needs were met with our booking. The breakfast service was just what we needed and Tina, the breakfast buffet host was exceptionally Awesome!"

"Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...
