"The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance "

"Positives: The room was very clean when we got there. The host was very kind to us and also very helpful. The room is very well located, just a few minutes away from the central area.
Negatives : The AC was not strong enough for our liking. The host provided us with a fan which helped a lot. There was only 1 key to the room and we were 2 people. It was sometimes a little bit of a challenge to synchronize everything."
