"Everything looked old, in bad shape and kinda grungy. The front desk staff was incredibly rude over the phone and only slightly improved in person. The only staff that was polite was the housekeepers. No one else even smiled once while we were there. We did manage to get early check-in, but only by chance. And the pool attendant did opt to turn on the water slide for us when we asked. But the bottom of the pool was very gravel covered, the pool deck was very dirty and there were no towels. The breakfast room is tiny so many people just looked in the room and left. Others grabbed food and ate in their rooms. Everything was messy, sticky, the equipment hardly worked and they only hot food they had was 2 waffel makers. They kept running out of everything because they'd only put out like 8 yogurts and 6 feozen bagels at a time. People in the breakfast room were actually cleaning the serving area and wiping things down with napkins because it was so gross. I even saw strangers sharing food with each other because they had ran out of the item. There was a full time attendant in the room, but she was the rudest of all the staff. She literally waved people out of the room telling them breakfast was over when they had paid for it and it was 9:30 and we were told it was open until 10. She also kept telling people to 'move out of her way' and dispite not having nearly enough seats for the clients, she had one table just holding boxes of jam. BUT IT WAS ONLY $96 so we may be back. "
