I booked a premium room for a couple.
The room had 2 towels and 2 face towels, one 25ml shower gel and one 25ml conditioner. Toilet tissue was 25% of standard Kirkland model.
We checked in at 5pm realizing we would need a shower immediately after our travel I went back to reception and I was told they usually put limited amounts toiletries as customers take them. I’m standing there thinking what did I just get myself into. I was with my wife celebrating my birthday. The male staff said he will send 2 extra towels. At 10pm still nothing. I called the reception they said they would send, the male staff didn’t apologize. We went to bed at 1:30 am and no one called at our room 243.
In the morning I went to the reception and met a female staff I brought the 2 used towels and left them at the reception and told her my experience, I went to the pool and coming back they had delivered 2 towels 2 shower gels and 2 toilet rolls, I would not recommend this hotel. Poor customer service, and staff feeling entitled and not respectful to a customer.
The work desk had crumbles of food, meaning the room was not cleaned properly and not inspected
