"Traveling down I-75 and decided to stay over due to an impending storm. This was a great choice for a couple of reasons....its right off the exit, literally less than a block, it was a good price and it was comfortable and pretty clean. No complaints at all! Office check-in person was very kind and helpful!"

The most disappointing part of the stay was housekeeping knocking on the door at 11:00 am then again at 11:05 even though we told them at 11:00 that we were loading up to check out as if to say it's time to go, 11 means 11 and not a minute later. I have never had a property so adamant that close to check out time as they were."

"The room was sufficiently clean but the tub hadn't been cleaned, there was dirt swept into the corner by the sink and there were hairs on the edge of the tub and above the shower (clearly not mine because I have very long hair and these were short, tightly curled hair). Couldn't use the pool because there weren't any lounge chairs or table/chairs available and the people that were at the pool were drinking heavily. "I booked 2 rooms online with 2 full beds in each and when I got there they only had one room available and they offered another room with a just a king. With the amount of ppl staying in each room( people that wouldn't share a bed together) it did not work out. "the room was very hot when arrived, the toilet wasn't flushing properly. the toilet kept running and making a whistle sound all night. I will say the coffee was good."

"Expedia advertised this room as accommodating 5 people, but the hotel staff confirmed that none of their rooms fit more than 4 guests. The staff was very helpful and did their best to minimize the inconvenience. We made it work for one night, but it was frustrating. Be aware of this discrepancy when booking."

"The check-in process was easy. The lady asked to see my Expedia reservation so she could see how much I paid for it so she could bring it up on her machine.
