"This property was a good place for us to stay. The shower was disappointing though as there was no pressure. The staff were great and friendly. The room was very clean and tidy. Would stay again as it is not far from town and just a nice little place to call home while away from home. Beds weren't too comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own."

"The accommodation was great, the bed gave me a better sleep than my own (Must do something about that) However, the pull down blind on the front door allowed for voyerism. Definitely not satisfactory. Occupants of next unit had same concerns."

"It was lovely accommodation. Really nice location. A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet. The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on. That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well."

"Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. Spent $400 to stay at scenic circle for the first night, Dunedin was booked out for the second night so we had to drive...

"Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes."
