Great Victoria Hotel
I submitted a complaint on Thursday regarding my stay on Wedn 13th May, no reply as yet. Stayed 3 times so far & had to be moved 3 times. 1st time wind blowing through the old window's. 2nd time no privacy curtain in bathroom, there was a rail for 1. Wedn took the biscuit though.
