"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Central location yet quiet. Good access to the city centre for shops, bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from the train station.
Clean room with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
First time we've stayed here but very likely that we'll stay again.
We couldn't work out the TV as it seemed to want you to log into or create an Amazon account but all good apart from that."

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay.
