"The "buffet" was hardly that. The pillows had zero cushion or girth. The beds were between firm and too squishy. The pool fountain and jacuzzi were intermittently working. Had to request cleaning, more towels, cleaning. There was chipped paint, stains on fixtures and ceiling, no fan in the bathroom so moist and hot. The shampoo, etc. and hairdryer affixed to the wall so you can't take the hairdryer out of the bathroom to dry your hair. A very small trashcan in the room, very few outlets to...
