"The walk from registration to the elevators was very long. If you have difficulty getting around you might have a problem, especially since the best door to use for this from the parking lot had stairs only."

She was extremely helpful in response to the tons of questions we had and to everyone else in the lobby. Her smooth multi tasking should be recognized! Shawn, the shuttle driver also went up and beyond expectations! Thank you for an exceptional stay!"

"Initially we arrived at the wrong hotel and the staff was helpful in directing us to the correct location. However it was way off our beaten path so it was frustrating and the delay was unfortunate. However that is on us. The staff were very helpful and gave us a more convenient room. Few choices for dining within walking distance. "
