"I have stayed in many hotel rooms and most of them were not perfect. Neither was this one. But this one probably still rates 5 stars. Most everything was very good. We has two problems. When we pulled the plug on the tib faucet to start the shower, the plug still left a significant amount of water draining from the tub faucet. Also there was not enough light in the clothes closet to see the clothes. That could be easily fixed. Everything else made for a very nice stay."

"The lobby is very well-maintained and updated with the rooms on the first floor where I was staying we’re very basic and old. There’s a gym that you can get a good workout in. There’s also a pool which is very nice and it’s very close to the baseball stadium which was amazing."

"We checked in late and out early for surgery at st Luke’s. Perfect for a night close to hospital but we didn’t utilize much except the beds for sleeping a few hours. Can’t comment on amenities but the rooms were nice and clean."
