I would’ve loved to give more stars as we did actually enjoy our stay. The hotel was mostly clean, aside from the cigarette smell, and very quiet. The pool area was a lovely and our kids had lots of fun. There are a lot of pros but unfortunately we had several incidents that added up to the low star ...
