"The property description and photos were what drew me to book my stay at Landhuis Francia. It was truly a far cry from the pictures. The property was run down and unkept, with untidy common areas and dirty dishes left on the kitchen counters and in the sink. The pool was dirty - obviously between cleanings - and the poolhouse looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. I did not receive instructions on how to get into the property in a timely fashion and my boyfriend had to climb the fence...
