Clean room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff who recommended lots of sights to see and foods to try. From the US and the rooms do not have “traditional” plugs but they do offer adapters at the front desk.

Location was everything, mambo beach, stores, restaurants… the room could have been cleaner and they need to do better on the beach towel distribution it’s too much of a hassle to get beach towels

Everything went well.. pool acces from the eoom is amazing a bali resort vibe overall. A little bit louder if there are parties going on at the beach thats all. We had our own reserved area and beach chairs

Beautiful room. Had a huge balcony overlooking one of the pools on property. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and evening! Beach was gorgeous! If I had a complaint it would be that some chairs were reserved for cruise passengers over hotel guests. They still had plenty for guests but the ones sectioned off were prime seats! We only went to our beach one day so it wasn’t a big deal! It is a party hotel, our room was far away from the party and didn’t really bother us! We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kontiki Beach Resort. The rooms are beautiful and our view was fantastic. We especially loved the little private plunge pool on the deck — it made the stay feel extra special. The beach area is very lively with great restaurants, beach clubs, and plenty of shopping nearby, so there is always something to do. Just be prepared for loud music on Wednesday nights due to the beach club events, but aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.

The staff was warm and very friendly. We stayed in the tiki styled rooms which I found dated. The one problem I had was amenities, i.e., laundry facilities, if I’m going to spend a week at a beach resort, I would love to not have to pay $4 to wash the sand out of my bathing suits. They could also benefit from a partnership with a livery service. I don’t drive when I’m vacationing, especially in a foreign country. There’s no way to get away from the resort except very expensive cabs.

Rooms are very old and mattresses not attached if it’s king, I never see such a small and not comfortable pillows, new building that is with elevator was terrible how can they don’t have AC in the living room . It was so hot ( by going between bedrooms and living room. I thought I’ll get pneumonia.) we would have to keep AC in the bedrooms so cold like freezing just to barely reach living room area. No microwaves in small units . Realfast is terrible and overpriced . I really recommend to go for a walk to a plaza to have real fast . Only think what was amazing that was beach and lounge chairs ( make sure to go early to get a spot ) don’t get first raw because you will be exposed to the sun fully, if you am older person make sure to request 1 st floor closer to the beach but music was so loud we couldn’t fall asleep 👌. Kontiki making party at the breakfast area 2 or 3 times a week so get ready if you are sensitive to. Love you willl not fall asleep. Front desk staff and golf cart people was very nice. Houskeeping was amazing . If you need clean beach towels get ready to go to front desk for that. I will never go back to this place . I was at Lions Dive last year it was 100 times better but beach chairs are not as comfortable . Kontiki have at the checkout a showers but becarful it’s very slippery and very hot , lobby and showers have no AC. Try local restaurant in downtown it’s amazing there.

Room was beautiful. On issue was I was there for my 40th birthday but the room was decorated for another woman birthday. For pictures it would have been nice it it had the right name.

The resort was exactly as expected and more! Loved the vibe of our non-luxury suite, walking out to our outdoor patio for coffee, relaxing on a bed by the pool, so many beautiful plants, birds, and a beautiful iguana “Iggy” who loved sunning himself in the afternoon! The restaurants, bars, beach area and the little shop by the beach area were great! But the best part of our entire stay was the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was kind, welcoming, engaged in conversations and were always hoping we were enjoying our stay. The front desk staff were always helpful, especially Mayron who went above and beyond to get my husbands cell phone back to him after we realized when we were at the airport that it was left behind! And the maid that cleaned our room every day, she was always bright and cheery and always did an excellent job!! We have traveled a great deal. Many resorts aim to please and are polite. But we could definitely say the people at the Kontiki were authentic and genuinely kind! We could not ask for a better place to stay and will definitely come back and recommend to others!!!! 💗💗💗

The staff at The Kontiki was VERY helpful when we needed transportation to the different off-site locations and to the airport. They were very knowledgeable about the excursions, also. There was a bus to take to us and bring us back from the local market, free of charge. There is so much to do on this resort. There are restaurants, shops, entertainment. The scenery is BEAUTIBUL!!. we do plan to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at the Kontiki. The staff was kind and helpful. We stayed in a superior room which had plenty of space and a nice balcony looking out at a pool. The beach had comfortable chaise and the ocean was a beautiful teal blue. I highly recommend staying here.

Check in was very smooth and we were greeted with fresh coconuts, I have zero complaints about the kontiki resort. However my one and only complaint would be to not eat the ceviche at mood beach it got me absolutely sick and I was throwing up all night long every hour. The fish must have been old and I did not appreciate getting served that. Other than that the beaches were beautiful and easily accessible from The Kontiki.

The staff were amazing. Check in was smooth and the sea view suite exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was that my room wasn’t cleaned very well and the room was eye level and right next to the plaza. People eating lunch are watching you while you’re in your private pool. Overall we still enjoyed it. The suites are directly over the beach parties so prepare for the noise. It didn’t bother us. They also provided ear plugs in your room and everything was over by midnight. We will return and request a top floor.

Das Zimmer war schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Einzige Makel waren dass es entweder zu wenig oder zu viele Handtücher gab und man sich abends nicht mehr am Strand aufhalten durfte. Nicht mal um dort nur zu sitzen oder zu stehen um auf das Wasser etc zu schauen.
