Check-in was not clearly explained, and there were no pre-arrival instructions, even after speaking to the host the day prior to check-in. "This was our 2nd visit so obviously we enjoyed the resort. Food was very good and staff accommodating . The only reason for 4 stars was the water was not hot enough and it took 2 days to fix. The robes could also use a refresh. This is a very enjoyable spot to unwind and we would highly recommend it."
