"Just returned from our first stay at Elpida's Stone Houses and will definitely not be our last. "The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). "

"POSITIVE FEEDBACK: 1. New building and apartment 2. Nice location NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: 1. Not fully air conditioned apartment 2. We were waiting 30 minutes to receive our key because nobody was there during our check-in hours. The cleaner was the one who help us after all 3. Bad attitude from the owner via telephone instead of apologizing for the delay 4. Administration changed our reservation after we paid for the room and we had to reschedule our vacations. 5.
