"The Cabins (hotel) is located about 30mins from Launceston. Beautiful views and overall was happy with my stay. There aren’t many food choices around the hotel, the restaurant at the hotel doesn’t do room service. You can order but you will have to come down to collect. Staff there were really friendly. "

"This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The place was extremely unhygienic and clearly not cleaned properly. Basic necessities like toilet paper were not even provided, which is completely unacceptable. Even public toilets are far cleaner and better maintained than this. "The cabin was clean, the beds comfortable, tea,coffee and milk were provided. Our cabin even had a dishwasher. The gardens are immaculate. The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend getting up before sunrise, walking the few steps down to the river and watching the sun rise over the Tamar River. We really enjoyed our stay there."
