"It was a lovely hotel and had very comfortable rooms. Sergio, who worked at the front desk was a wonderful help answering questions and giving recommendations. My only complaint was a different employee at the front desk was not very responsive to a complaint about the lid to our bathroom trash can being broken. I told him twice and the only thing that was done was the lid was put back onto the broken mechanism. We finally gave up. Other than that we had a very nice stay!"

"I liked the decor of the room but it ends there. The room was tiny and hot. It advertises for luggage storage but that is just leaving your stuff in the hallway. This hotel was about a 15 walk from the train station which involved climbing up a very long set of stairs. I ended up spending $55 on uber to get to the airport since I didn’t want to lug my suitcase all the way.
