"The hotel is conveniently situated to get metro or busses around the city. The room was nice and the sofa beds for the kids were a good size. There is a water cooler on each floor which was brilliant. I would have given it 5 stars except for: The big downside was the heat. We went in a heatwave and the air conditioning was broken so our room was an oven. It was uncomfortable to sit in and difficult to sleep in when we really needed an escape from the heat. The staff did provide a fan which helped but there was a suspiciously large cupboard of fans so I do wonder if it breaks often when it's hot."

Yooma Urban Lodge Tour Eiffel

"The hotel itself was clean and the staff was so nice. The issues I had with the property are probably issues throughout Paris. Outside the hotel (public area) dirty, room was super small, the pipes in the shower smelled really bad."

Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel

"This place was very nice, but not close to anything but the train station that I needed it for. The Skybar was very nice but its not with the hotel and needed to make RSVP before hand. You call the front desk to ask how to book and they just redirected me to do it online. The breakfast had lots of different types of food. The only con was being a solo traveller is that I was having my breakfast is that I told one of the wait staff that I was grabbing some more food and my coffee, fork and everything was gone from the table. Even though i told them that i was coming back. The location isn't close to any of the main tourists areas its very out of the way. There is some shops near by but its not as close as you might think it is. Again taking the Train its very close to the train station."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION If you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower this is the right hotel as its maybe a 5 min walk from the hotel. A couple of notes that I didn't know when I was booking, that the breakfast is all room service for breakfast and you pick it each day and they come certain times starting at 6am until 9am.Another thing that would of been helpful to know that the airport shuttle is not included in the prices when you are booking.Yes, there is a fixed rate but still something that would of been nice to know. The walls are very paper thin. There is a max of 4 rooms on each floor with a very tiny elevator that takes you up. The staff were very helpful and greeting each time I walked in. There was someone always there. Overall for only 4 nights it was not worth the price that I paid. I thought i would of gotten a better assortment for breakfast and going down to have breakfast rather than having it come to my room each morning and someone waking me up at the certain time that you choose. Having the airport shuttle apart of the price would have been better rather paying additional fees on top of what I already paid."

"Air in the room was warmer than in the corridor. It was suffocating so wouldnt recommend that hotel during heat period. There were only three showers and toilets per gender for an entire floor : never managed in three days to see an available toilet. I understand the information mentionned did said the washroom and shower facilities were shared, but could have mentionned it was among 70-80 people."
