"We loved our stay! Lea was a cut above the rest of the welcoming staff though at the front desk. Hopefully, she will serve you! Functional rooms, nice beds, and great housekeeping. The morning buffet was top notch and delicious! The Restaurant and bar had excellent food choices and was equally as tasty. The bar staff was a bit chaotic and unrefined in the later hours though. The nights we were there seemed a bit unorganized. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!"

"We like everything about the property our room was clean and very well maintained we had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower as we had requested. The staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly. It is literally just a few short blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of great restaurants and shopping close by making the area very vibrant and a very nice place to stay."

"Everything was just as you would want out of a Parisian vacation stay. We had a view of the Eiffel tower from the 6th floor air conditioned deluxe room with a Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, microwave, dishes and cooktop. First day they gifted us their breakfast in room which was perfect after a long flight the day before. It included coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, juice, pastries, meat and cheese. (usually it's 13 euro I think which is a great price for all you get). The public terrace was also on the 6th floor. It was great to finish out the day on the terrace with a bottle of wine and watch the sunset turn to a lit up Eiffel tower. The location was near the metro, a Carrefour grocery and many restaurants. Rue Cler is right behind the hotel and offered market items and a ton of restaurants. Eiffel tower is within walking distance which is super nice. All of the staff were great. They booked us a sold out seine river cruise and our 6 am taxi back to airport on the last day. Would definitely stay again and will be recommending it to friends."

"The location was fabulous! We were close to everything and within walking distance of so many great areas, which made exploring incredibly easy. The room itself was fine and very clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The biggest downside was the window situation. Although the room did have a window, it was directly at eye level with the sidewalk outside, so opening the curtains meant having people walking right past and looking in. Because of that, we kept the window closed and the curtains shut for most of our stay. With no real way to open the room up or get some fresh air, it ended up feeling a little like being in a bird cage. Overall, the fantastic location was definitely the highlight, and the room was clean and comfortable enough, but having a more private, accessible window would have made the stay much more enjoyable."
