"An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside. The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full). The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat."

"Stairs are very dangerous. Access to a small elevator but hard to fit in. Staff was great, helped with everything we need. Great location, easy to walk to everything. Would stay here again."

"Lifts were broken, so many steep steps to access hotel. If you want to slum it so your kids can play arcade games then this hotel is for you"

"The bathroom is new and clean but there’s no door in the shower makes the water from the shower spill outside that makes the floor wet, and the toilet is separate from bathroom which doesn’t have sink to wash hands. The cabinets are big, you should remove some of it and put a sink instead. The rooms AC is not working makes the room so warm at night, good thing it’s cold outside we just open the window. "
