"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"Ich war zum ersten Mal im Hilton Wasserturm Köln in der fünften Jahreszeit und ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Beim Check-in war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und mir wurde direkt etwas zu trinken angeboten, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und es war sehr ruhig, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts gehört."

"I love this hotel. I actually booked it for 10 of my college students, but I also booked it for myself. I am staying for Carnival, the students sadly had to return today. The location is fabulous, the breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of variety, staff is incredibly helpful and kind, rooms are clean and comfortable.
