"We arrived to the hotel where it was very warm and the windows were open to get fresh air in the rooms because there was no air-conditioning. Additionally, there was construction that started every morning at 7 AM so the windows that were open created very loud noises every day. Also, there was no fridge and the hairdryer was not in good working condition. unfortunately, this did put a little damper on our anniversary.😔"

"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"Only 1 nights stay but wish it was longer, beautiful room and facilities, bedding was amazing. If passing through again I would absolutely stay here. Mini fridge would have been nice but not a necessity given bar and amenities areas."
