"Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."

"daily housekeeping terrible. no amenities at all when we checked in and no housekeeping the following day. Couldn't check in in the front desk/ office, checking in through a small window. very noisy either from outside or upstairs however the staff is friendly."

"Front staff was very polite and helpful but pool and hot tub were broken or not in use so it should be posted or discussed on the website or at least at time of check in and the entire building seems to need a good taking care of, wallpaper coming off, plug ins for hair dryer were literally hanging out of the wall and not working, hotel room door would not close or latch shut, we were offered another room which was so nice of her but then that room was even worse off and had a very awful smell...

"We didnt go to the pool, but the room was very nice and everything comfortable. The coffee in the lobby had to be prepared by a staff member, might be nice if it werent at the main desk so you dont slow down someones checking or checkout for a cup of coffee. The price was great and outmatches anything of similar price."

"The lights hung really loud, and my friend was sitting at the table, got up from the table and hit her head on the Light chandelier that was hanging so low that it almost came out the wall so I had to make a complaint about the safety hazard of that. The breakfast was awful the hot tub. The first night was so cold we had to ask them to turn off the heat, but of course I couldn’t do it that day so we sat in a cold hot tub. My overall experience was not great and I will not stay at that location...

"The property needs some fixing. Broken elevator. Broken vending machines. I bought $15 worth of snacks and was charged $150 at their tiny store. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable."
