"Rooms were clean but smelled musty, asked for new towels for second day (both stays) and none available...simple fix but too cheap to provide towels...rug-rats in unit above ran back and forth most of night (that or drug traffic).....staff was very friendly..."

"I liked the location and the breakfast area was nice. The room had some maintenance issues with the wall by the bathtub having areas that were crumbling and nasty looking. I also did not like not having a coffee pot in our room. I'm used to getting up and drinking a little coffee as I relax in my PJ's."

"Fabulous stay! Great location, Aggie spirit filled hotel and Cole at front desk is amazing! What a hardworking and friendly young man. Refreshing to see the young team happily working to help all the guests, thank you! We just loved the older gentleman dressed in the Aggie suit welcoming EVERYONE with a genuine smile at the entrance. GREAT place to stay."

"Noise was an issue, first night there was a fire sprinkler rattling very loud all night. Manager took of is and moved our room with accommodations. Next room had a strong fumey order from AC unit which in both rooms was excessively loud. A manger cam out to pool area and spent effort to make certain all the chairs were facing correctly, however he overlook or ignored the two 2'x2' boxes cause containing lunches of chicken which were overturned and chicken was laying poolside for hours. Gross....

"Made my reservation and paid thru you guys in November, got to the property in Bryan, Texas and they had cancelled my room and sent me to another hotel that was crap! This has never in my 80 years happened to me!! Need to know why and what can be done!!"

"We stayed in a king bedroom suite. As we only needed a place to sleep, this was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable, will definitely stay again!"
