"The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking."

"First time in Bali and I chose the Magani based over the proximity to the airport and spacious room. I arrived hours early but was greeted by the bell hop and escorted to the check-in counter. I was then brought out a welcome drink which was amazingly different. Although my room wasn’t ready in time when I walked into my room it meet every online picture expectations more. The room was huge and an I had a jetted tub located outside. Additionally, the front desk guy allowed me to do a late checkout (1hr) just so I can finish my school work. The room was clean and cozy and surrounded by a beach and multitude of shopes and eateries. I Would recommend for all my American travelers."

"The atmosphere of The Padma is incredible! We stayed In a garden view room which was lovely and quiet, our room cleaner Juli was absolutely amazing. The hotel facilities are second to none with the main pool being our favourite along with the onsite Tepenyaki restaurant. Breakfast was out of this world with endless options and freshly cooked eggs! The staff here are just so helpful! The Padma is worth a stay if you can justify the price."

"Upon arrival we got upgraded for free as they overbooked our room, the staff were friend and helpful, room was clean, pool was amazing right out our sliding room too, dispite this it was a quiet area very enjoyable, breakfast was amazing great entertainment at nights. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be stay again "

"Enjoyed our week stay at the Pullman Beach Hotel, with a beach facing room. Room was clean and well maintained, staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, and food was very good (huge selection at breakfast and also with room service). Infinity pool was fabulous, with attentive staff. Spa felt very luxurious. Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay in this hotel."

"The property was in a very good location right in front of the beach, which we really wanted. The property was clean, but the bathroom was not really in good condition. The sliding door of the bathroom needs to be replaced. The bathroom shower area needs a glass door, so the water doesn’t splash out. While having a shower, the bathroom is also in a very small space. I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. I don’t know if other rooms may be better than this. My son enjoyed their pool area due to the water slide and water park. However, the water park and slide also looked old and needed a bit of maintenance. Besides that, the property was clean. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. An excellent location. Easy access to the beach and shopping area is also walking distance to all the restaurants."
