The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. Food at the cafe was fabulous. Great menu. Very tasty. Amazing staff too. Room was clean and really comfortable. Beautiful pool. Fabulously comfortable bed. Staff could not have been more helpful. 10/10.

This was our first time at the Magani and the outstanding customer service blew us away. We have stayed at higher end hotel with poorer service. The lobby is bright and spacious as are the rooms. So if you come to Bali it’s got to be the Magani simply for the smiles and the level of customer care! Well done and we will be back!

Our first time staying at The Mahata. What a beautiful boutique type stay. The room was amazing. Beautiful pool. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you, always addressing you by name. The food and service impeccable. Can't speak highly enough. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our return to Bali 10/10

Rama Residence Padma is an amazing hotel for those coming to Bali and wishing to stay in the Legian/Seminyak area. The location is situated a few minutes from the beach, the hotel has a lovely pool and lounge area and great amenities. However, the real USP is the customer service - the staff are helpful and friendly and for a hotel so reasonably priced this really sets it apart from some of its higher priced competitors. We stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute. The rooms and facilities were excellent, the morning breakfast was lovely and fresh. The staff were amazing so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Always smiling, would highly recommend!

They have a nice and big room with good facilities, in front of the beach directly but there is no access from the hotel. It is a public beach but the hotel services were nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The room was great, area was great, and owners were incredible. There is a food court around the corner which has a great choice of food which was really convenient. Owners were super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond including providing transport to our next place we were staying for a good price. Thank you for a great stay!

Brilliant hotel in a very nice location in Kuta. Quiet but has minimart, laundry’s and restaurants on its doorstep. A 15 mins walk to the main Legian area or a 5 mins taxi. Hotel facilities and the rooms are fantastic and the pool area is amazing.

Stayed in Bali for a week and had to change hotels from my original reservation is hotel. Best decision made. This is a great hotel and well worth the money spent. Great restaurant at the hotel. Saw many customers taking taxis in and out of the hotel restaurant so must be highly regarded in the area. Great service and great location near beach. More quiet then Kuta beach area

We stayed at the Ayodya for 4 nights as a family of four ( wife, toddler son, baby daughter, and myself) and overall had a wonderful time.
