They thought of everything in anticipation of guests needs, including sensors, unlimited coffee and lighting. "It’s a busy place! Wifi on and off. Pool was good and although I don’t really care there was no swim up bar as advertised. Bathrooms need updating but ok. All in all nothing spectacular but acceptable. "

"This place what absolutely amazing, one of the good surprises you appreciate. First of all the infrastructure, the gardens, the pool, they are all very beautiful and well maintened. Then the staff is extremely professional, welcoming and polite. The room is very clean and has all that’s needed. Maybe it feels a little in contrast with the exterior that is all very modern and recent, the interior is a bit less “impressive” but still very enjoyable. Finally, the breakfast was an à la carte meal....

"Alma Vida was an amazing place to stay during our visit to Manuel Antonio/Quepos. The property and grounds were gorgeous and they had three beautiful pools. Breakfast was included, which we got every morning and was really good. It is also really close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops, which you can walk to. We also saw a lot of animals on the property, including iguanas, agoutis, and monkeys."

"Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. The restaurant is bustling but the noise dies down early in the night. The property is on top of a hill (car required) and is about a 10 minute drive to...
