"I recently stayed at the Draper location and was expecting a smooth experience based on positive reviews. I completed mobile check-in ahead of time, hoping to go straight to my room after a long day.
Upon arrival, the kiosk said it was out of key cards and directed me to the front desk—which was unattended. Another couple had already been waiting about 15 minutes and said no one was answering the hotel phone. I used the courtesy phone multiple times with no answer, even though I could hear it ringing inside.
I called the company’s 800 number, but the reservations agent was unhelpful and insisted I hadn’t let the phone ring long enough. About five minutes later, an employee finally showed up and immediately barked, “PROOF OF ID AND CREDIT CARD.”
The next day, the rear entrance card reader showed green but wouldn’t unlock the door. After reloading my belongings and going to the front, I mentioned it to the desk, and was told, “It must be broke again.”
The room itself was clean and the bed acceptable, but the seating was very uncomfortable. Overall, between the poor service and access issues, I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless you just need a place to crash for a night."
