"I usually stay at another chain hotel. They used to be my favorite until I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. This place truly made me seek out another Holiday Inn Express express on my vacation. It was exceptionally clean. The bean to cup coffee machine was a game changer. It beats out other coffee I've had at other places."

"Overall it was ok but the hotel had a musty smell. I could definitely feel it in my breathing. Our bed was very worn on one side and i had to adjust were I positioned my body to sleep. We had used the frigid for cheese, cheese spread and creamer and didn’t notice until 24 hours later it wasn’t even working."

"We found The Artful Way online and decided to give it a try. We were greeted at the door by a lovely woman with a bright smile. Check-in was seamless. The hotel is located at the top of a hill. We were given directions to the parking garage that is located behind the building. It was easy to find. Parking costs $20, which is cheaper than many hotels we have stayed at. The room is very spacious. It is an apartment size. Full kitchen that is stocked well, a big shower, and a full size washer and...

"This was a good place to stay for a night at a very reasonable low cost. I was the only female with 3 guys in the mixed dorm. I had a top bunk which wasn't the easiest to climb into (rungs were spaced further apart than typical) but it was comfortable and I would book again."

"Loved happy hour with wine and chocolates! We used the shuttle from the hotel to the Biltmore Estate House and it was so convenient. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and had great service as well as great food."
