"Room was clean and spacious. The property is not all in one building. We stayed at the main house but breakfast was served in the other house. Something to keep in mind. The service at the restaurant was good, and lots of breakfast option. "

"The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending. "My friends and I had a great time at The Greenbrier Inn while we were on a weekend trip skiing. I was able to book my room quickly and they had availability even the week before at exceptional pricing. Steve was very accommodating even when we got to the inn late Friday night. We called prior our arrival to make sure we could get our keys as the front desk does have its hours and were told specific instructions to obtain our keys.
