"Self Checkin war nicht möglich für zwei Zimmer, zuvor extra online Vorab Checkin getätigt und App um den Zimmerschlüssel zu bekommen geladen. Vor Ort am Computer dann für zwei Zimmer nichts gefunden. Erst Dame am Telefon hat geholfen. Kein WLAN in den Zimmern, am öffentlichen Raum funktioniert es auch nicht. Zimmer zu warm, Terrassentür war bei 31 Grad bis Ankunft gekippt. Aber wir konnten sie dann nicht ganz öffnen zum schlafen gehen, weil vor der Terrasse bis Nachts um 2 Uhr sehr laut gefeiert...
