"Staff were amazing! Great location, cozy, and charming!"

"Hotel was very secure and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious with a large choice of foods which were replenished frequently. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Near to Liffey Stores with Cinema and restaurants and handy for onward travel. Hotel was generally quiet except on Saturday night when party/music/voices went on until 3.30am. As there are also no temperature controls in room or air conditioning we had to keep window open as it was too warm. Staff had also left window open when preparing room which is fine but air conditioning would have meant we could close the window and dampen the sound. Would definitely use hotel again but very cautious about the noise. Was also charged extra parking fee on way out as we didn’t have time to go back in to query so we just had to pay it. "

"Good location, friendly staff, rooms tidy just lacking quality of 4th star. No spa facilitates lets down the hotel and inconsistency in room condiments. Check in was slow and mismanaged taxi bookings etc. "

"The place name is misleading.. no spa , no swimming, no gym. This is pretty average hotel at most. Very outdated and in need of refreshment. Free parking, good breakfast and in good place if you have a car!"

"Check in smoothly staff friendly and helpful spa clean relaxing and variety breakfast was plenty of choice . Chef not so great requested a breakfast at extra cost of eggs with salmon on sourdough bread V Chef put together an unexceptable alternitive Had to be returned"
