"Great location - Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo Check-in time is slightly inconvenient with front desk being out between 1-4pm. Otherwise, check-in was quick an simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. Private parking fee is expensive but is worthwhile given the convenience. Cute studio apartment - kitchenette is not as well-equipped as other apartment hotels we've stayed at, but offers ample bathroom...

"Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. We booked mainly for its location close to the ferry port. Secure parking was a must for a fully loaded car after a long stay in Spain. The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant. I would recommend this hotel for the reason we chose it."

"This was a perfect hotel for our three night stay. The location was ideal. We upgraded to a room with a view which provides a reading spot in the window overlooking the river. There was a glitch in our check in which the staff completely remedied and offered a nice snack delivered to our room. The room had amenities such as large quality bath towels, hairdryer, room safe and mini refrigerator. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and lotion. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and included some...
